    ...and I would add "sharing how you feel" to this since that is smth we avoid or neglect most of the time which creates extra isolation. We think we are the only ones feeling such syndrome and become more overwhelmed each day. Thus, being a researcher also means taking responsibility for others and sharing your feelings, thoughts and insight with each other. I would call this "common responsiblity of researchers for well-being". Great quote!

    @Asli Telli this is a great thought! I completely agree that more open discussions and experience-sharing is the first step towards reducing the stigma around things like imposter feelings. The reassurance that you aren't alone in the challenges you're experiencing and knowing that someone out there fully understands what you're going through can be very comforting. 🙂
