In this short video, Dr. Furaha Asani reminds that "every single one of us is valuable." And that even though sometimes we may feel like we're not able to do as much as we'd like to do or should be doing, that surely doesn't take our value away. 😊

    Thanks for sharing @Andrea Hayward This is something I needed to hear. I've been guilty of negative self-talk when I think I am not being productive enough or if I feel (wrongly, often) that I haven't met people's expectations from me at work.
