@Shruti Turner hey, doing exercise is the best! I am too lazy for that, and you're right, this is my nudge that I should! (Sorry for copying your comments, but I am too lazy for writing, too😂😂😂)
Awe...thank you, @Andrea Hayward ...🥰🤗
And balancing it all out by...advocating for, having the backs of and elevating our deserving team mates, colleagues, friends, those around us...with potential but need a bit of a hand due to whatever reasons.🙂
@Raj sundaram thanks a lot for tagging me and many apologies for being late at this thread. It is such a complicated question to answer and had to literally explore my self in little bit further than I ususally do to come up with an answer.
Hmmm, to me I think my gold medal would be empathy towards my fellow mates, peers and colleagues. Maybe I have practiced it so long thanks to my career journey so far but I know I am pretty good at understanding how people feel about specific things but I do not show them that I understand it until I find a positive path of intervention to their life or that specific situation because there can be many side effects or adverse consequences that are irreversible. My intention could be virtuous, but there can be misunderstandings that could be irreversible. Lessons learnt so far had made me understand how affectionate I could be for people. I still believe it is better to keep it secret for my own sake.
