[Short video] Yoga therapy: Chair exercises when at work (Happy International Yoga Day!)
It's a Monday and I can already feel my back and neck cramping up - I've been sitting at my desk for so long! I am sure I am not the only one who tends to or needs to sit for long hours staring at a screen, reading, writing, or working. This is far too common a problem to be ignored.
Since today is International Yoga Day, I reached out to @Lidia Lins - who is also one of the Founding Members of this forum and an experienced stress and burnout coach - to share a few tips to remind us about the need to focus on our physical and mental well-being. Lidia was amazing and shared this video from her course "Essential tools to enhance well-being".
