Thanks for sharing @Soumi Paul. We often tend to not take sleep deprivation seriously. It's great that you mentioned how it affects the immunity. Particularly now, with the pandemic raging, it's important to boost our immune system. Also, with the current state of things, we tend to underplay our own discomfort. In fact, its common to brush off one's own problems because we feel that there are so many people out there who are worse off than us. But this can affect us negatively - we acknowledge the fact that our own stress, our anxiety, our problems are important to us, and if we're getting sleepless nights because of this, it's okay to seek professional help.
I pray that we heal soon enough along with taking care of nature! 😊
